Terms of Service

Any person ("user") who either adds to a Guild ("server") or uses this Discord App ("Mayer", "the bot") agrees to terms of services specified below:

  1. Privacy Policy
  2. Use Mayer according to Discord's ToS;
  3. Do not spam commands or abuse any bugs or/and issues (ie. unexpected/undefined behaviour that was not specified in the help command);
  4. We do not ban any person or server from using Mayer;
  5. Point 4. DOES NOT include the Support Server ("Mayer Hub"), any person who breaks local rules specified on said server can be either banned or kicked from the server;
  6. Report any issues or bugs if it is possible;
  7. We do not provide any kind of warranty in case of unknown or unreported bugs;
  8. The developers add, update and fix the translations of the bot but said translations are provided by the community and we are not responsible for any mistakes included in them apart from the translations on which the developers worked on;
  9. The developers are NOT responsible for users' Display Names/Usernames nor for any command options or avatars provided/used by the users;
  10. Any offensive Display Names/Usernames will be removed upon request;
  11. We have a right to update the terms of service with a prior notice.
